Custom Design & Renovations
We specialize in kitchen and bath design and interior renovations, and can manage the entire project, from initial concepts to completed spaces .This service is tailored to clients who want the expertise of a designer from the beginning. This will ensure the best outcome, and a seamless, efficient process. We’ll work with you to identify the scope of work, set realistic expectations around your timeline and budget, and collaborate with the team needed to complete your project.
OuR Signature Service
Design & Decor
For clients who want to update their home but do not need renovation services. We’ll skip all the messy construction, and dive right into furniture layouts and finishes. We’ll specify fixtures, finishes, and furniture, and we will handle the procurement and installation of all merchandise. We identify any trades that are needed to execute the design, such as wallpaper installers and upholstery workrooms. This service culminates in a single or multi-day installation and styling session of all furniture, art, and accessories.
For clients building a new custom home, and looking for an expert design guidance, we help you choose elements such as flooring, finishes and furniture selection.

For clients whose design projects have smaller scopes of work and clients who want to be hands-on with their projects.
We meet at your home (or virtually) for a 90-minutes, during our time we walk through your entire home and provide general feedback and ideas, or we can focus on a specific room. We will discuss everything from flooring materials, to paint colors and furniture layouts, and we can provide suggestions to particular vendors and retailers that are a good fit for your project.

Whether you are working with a designer for the first time, or starting a new design project, the process can be overwhelming and confusing. To reduce these feelings we have developed our signature process that walks you through how we get from a conceptual idea to a beautiful, fully finished space. Our process sets the framework for a stress-free and enjoyable design project from start to finish.
In the design concept phase, we dive deep with you to understand your vision. We then translate your needs and preferences into initial space plans, mood boards, and materials suggestions.
We refine the concepts into detailed drawings, ensuring that everything fits seamlessly. We select specific furniture, finishes and fixtures to bring your vision to life.
We take care of all the ordering and logistics ensuring your chosen pieces will arrive safely and on schedule. During the construction, we work with the team, make site visits and make sure that your vision and the design intent is being executed. We will keep you informed every step of the way.
Phase04 | White glove Installation
Our team installs everything, leaving you with a flawless finish. We remove all the packaging and leaving your space looking it's best (and photo worthy).

THE NEXT STEP
After our discovery call, we will schedule our 90 minute in home consultation. Every project begins with a consultation. First, we sit down and discuss your design goals, go over the scope of the project in more detail. Then we walk around your home, taking pictures and giving you design advice and direction along the way.
After our consultation, we prepare a personalized meeting notes and design proposal that includes a detailed scope of work, design proposal, our design process. We schedule a Zoom Call to discuss.

THE NEXT STEP
We get to work! We begin with a design concept, develop a functional floor plan and initial concept. Once approved get to work developing the design, with finishes and textiles,color schemes and furnishings. All the details start to become clear. We develop detailed plans, elevations and 3d designs to bring our vision to life. We prepare a comprehensive presentation including drawings story boards and samples for you to feel and touch.

There are a lot of moving parts in a design project. We manage them start to finish. We source and order furniture, fabric, window treatments, light fixtures and accessories. We make regular site visits and collaborate with the team to insure our design vision is executed properly. Saving you time and the hassle. Finally the design becomes a reality, on installation day and your begin to enjoy your new space that feels like home.
